My husband has ants in his pants and is going stir crazy during this #stayhome and #shelter in place mandate by the Governor of California. Thank God he has his motorcycle and still can go riding for the day. Although, he must return home as all the hotels including #LasVegas are closed.
Motorcycle riding is therapy. They always say wind therapy is free! All he does out there is concentrate on the road in front of him, other cars, and the scenery when possible. Today he rode from Palm Desert to Parker, Nevada. It took him over two hours each way. After he got home and had a little nap he wanted to go out again. This time in the car for a little road trip. I like the car road trip as I can listen to some of my favorite Podcasts on Spotify or a video on Youtube.
In the meantime, we should be following the marshall law to help prevent the rapid spread and overfill of our hospitals with victims of Coronavirus. Here is a list of 100 things to keep you busy while we Shelter In Place, Self Quarantine and Social Distancing of 6 feet from each other. Just remember if you don’t stay 6 feet away from others you could end up 6 feet under!
The most important thing is to remember to not isolate and that is why I will start with the Social Category for keeping busy and staying out of fear.

Call 3 people a day to say “Hi” Keep your sanity and use your old fashion telephone.
Try and get in touch with an old friend.
Do an online meeting with Zoom or Skype.

Creating a Daily Schedule
It is very important to have structure during this new and unknown time. Structure helps us stay organized, busy and on track. It makes me feel safe, comfortable and disciplines me so I don’t feel sorry for myself, eat everything in the refrigeration or get negative thoughts that the end is near.
A schedule can keep you focused and keep you productive. You know what you are supposed to do A suggestion is to get up at a reasonable time, get dressed and start your project, plan, or fun for the day.

Read a good book – Did you know you can borrow digital books from your library?
Remember Monopoly or Uno or Card games like Gin Rummy?
Arts & Crafts – make candles
Play Solitaire (My Grandma when she was alive always was playing solitaire when I came over)

Find a new craft idea on Etsy, On Etsy, you can find all sorts of embroidery or macrame starter kits — try your hand at some DIY projects around the house.

Music – put it on and dance around your house (no one is watching!)
