MOULIN ROUGE

A perfect night. We had dinner at a little restaurant across the street from the Moulin Rouge and the food was delicious. Although I was not sure what we were eating. David had a pulled pork meal of some sorts. After dinner we took the petit train around Monmarte and saw the beautiful view of Paris from the famous steps below the church. Next was the 9pm moulin rouge show Fairies. We sat 4 chairs away from the stage. We were enthralled by the show. It was better than a Vegas show and we have seen s lot of Vegas shows! So beautiful were the costumes and scenery. The dancers and singers were amazing. They sang I will survive in English the rest was in French. The theater made me feel like I was back in time. We were squished in however everyone was friendly. The lady next to me danced with me in our seats. After dinner we were on a such a high. We went back to the restaurant across the street for desert coffee. Let’s just say I fell asleep the minute my head hit the pillow
